Ultimate Kettlebells will offer a summer youth strength and conditioning class for those entering 7th grade in the fall or older.

Here is the schedule.

Boys and girls classes are offered seperately.  We would like to cap the class at 10 so that your child will get the attention they need.  If there are more than 10 that sign up we can add additional classes.
Here are the details.....
Cost: $320 that is 20.00 per class.  (16 classes total)
When:
Tues and Thurs starting June 15th at 11 a.m. for the boys.  Classes end August 12th
Wed and Fri   starting June 16th at 9:30 a.m. for the girls.  Classes end August 13th
Classes duration is one hour.  There will be no classes the week of July 5th.

You drop payment off at the studio.  Please fill out the attached waiver and send with payment.   Parents please sign waiver. Make checks to Linda Mertens Training.
